 Chandu Mondeti's 'Kartikeya 2' movie starring Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran is creating a sensation at the box office worldwide. Released as a small movie with less screens, the Telugu version as well as the Hindi version of this movie is attracting the audience a lot. The film, jointly produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People's Media, achieved breakeven within three days and started earning profits.

While the Hindi version of 'Kartikeya 2' got only 53 shows on the first day, today the number of shows that the film got on the 5th day has reached more than 1575. Due to less shows on August 13, only Rs. 7 Lakhs nett, this movie has increased on the second day with shows of Rs. 28 lakhs came. On the third day, Monday, the shows increased further to Rs. 1.10 crores.
