For some time now, the films coming from Tollywood have been consecutive box office failures. This effect will affect the theatrical business of films that are getting ready for release. It is noteworthy that the movie 'Rama Rao On Duty' starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja did not even do a theatrical business of Rs.20 crores.
Ravi Teja, who received a blockbuster with 'Crack' last year, has already greeted the audience with 'Khiladi' this year. This movie, which did a business of around Rs.23 crores, was defeated in the full run with a share of less than Rs.14 crores. That effect has now fallen on 'Rama Rao on duty'. In addition to this, due to various reasons like OTTs, high ticket prices, weekly content, the audience is reducing the number of people coming to the theatres. It seems that the theatrical rights of 'Rama Rao On Duty' have been sold for Rs. 17 crores despite the teaser and trailer impressing with this blow.
'Rama Rao on Duty', which did business of Rs.5 crores in Nizam, Rs.3 crores in Seeded, and Rs.7 crores in Andhra, is reported to have done business of Rs.15 crores in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Karnataka + Restof India 1 Crore, Overseas 1.20 Crore combined, it seems to have done a business of Rs. 17.20 crore overall. 17-18 crores is a cake walk if Ravi Teja's movies get some positive talk. But in the current situation, it has become difficult to predict the level of collections of this movie.Click Here For More Information About 'Rama Rao On Duty'Movie News.
